A gel eyeliner in pencil form from TOM FORD's Runway line, with a creamy texture and a matte finish. Its rich pigment glides on evenly and builds with ease, from a soft line along the lashes to a bolder, graphic shape inspired by the house's smoky eye. It is waterproof and resists transfer and fading, with the brand reporting twelve hours of smudge-free wear. Cream is a neutral shade, and it may also be worn on the waterline.
