A hydrating toner with a mildly acidic pH of 6.0, made for sensitive skin that reddens easily. Matcha-PDRN at 10,000 ppm, sourced from Jeju Island matcha, soothes and nourishes, while lactobacillus ferment and soymilk add moisture and help keep the skin's microbiome in balance. The SYDNEY RINGER blend and allantoin support the barrier and calm. The formula is broken into very fine particles so it spreads evenly and absorbs well, readying skin for the next step.
