Ani takes its name from an ancient Anatolian city and draws on the shared folk song Sarı Gelin, a theme of boundaries dissolved. This Nishane extrait de parfum opens with bergamot, blue ginger and pink pepper over green notes, moving to blackcurrant, Turkish rose and cardamom. Vanilla and benzoin warm a base of sandalwood, cedarwood, patchouli, ambergris and musk. Soft, spiced and gently sweet, it suits those drawn to a rounded, spice-laced vanilla.
