Shade 701 Celestial Blue is a sheer blue tint scattered with multi-reflective pearls for a soft, glossy shimmer. Seven per cent cranberry seed oil and camelina oil soften and moisturise, leaving a light, comfortable feel. Vegan and cruelty-free; wear it alone or over lipstick.
