Castling, by perfumer Christelle Laprade, is a bright and refined extrait de parfum. Fig leaves, bergamot and a pinch of fleur de sel open with a fresh, slightly salty clarity. Iris, freesia and lotus flower bring a luminous floral heart, and the base settles into white woods: vanilla-tinged woods, East Indian sandalwood and Madagascan vetiver, softened by a skin-like musk.
