The Idôle Ultra Precise Waterproof Liner is a liquid eyeliner in pen form, with an ultra-fine 0.1mm tip for sharp, controlled strokes. Shade 01 Glossy Black lays down carbon-black pigment with a glossy finish. The waterproof formula is made to resist transfer, flaking and smudging, and wears for up to 24 hours. Precise enough for a slender line at the lashes, it also suits winged, graphic and cat-eye looks.
