For the face, blend half a teaspoon of powder with 3 teaspoons of yoghurt and a few drops of argan oil, apply, leave for 30 minutes and rinse. For hair, mix with coconut or almond oil, massage into scalp and lengths, leave for at least an hour, then rinse and shampoo if needed.
