After cleansing and applying toner or serum, place the lower piece around the mouth and the upper piece over the eyes, pressing them smooth. Wear overnight as the final step and remove in the morning, or leave on for 3–4 hours by day until the sheet turns transparent. Use the leftover eye and mouth cut-outs on the sides of the nose, under the eyes or on the neck.
