Sequence belongs to Amouage's The Essences: Act II, a collection shaped around the passage of time and its cycles. Composed by Julien Rasquinet as an Essence de Parfum at 30% concentration, it opens on lychee, raspberry and saffron, moves into rose, osmanthus and tonka bean, and settles on oud, leather and ambery woods. The concentrate is infused with sandalwood chips and rests in oakwood barrels for six months, giving it a smooth, layered depth. For those drawn to fruit and florals with a darker, woody finish.
